The following information outlines details about the new membership application, existing membership requirements, and guidelines updated and approved by the FOBANA Membership Committee in 2026:

New and Renewal Membership:

1. The new membership application fee is $100.
2. The last day to apply for new membership or membership renewal is May 31, 2026.
3. The deadline for new membership or membership renewal with a $100 penalty is June 15, 2026.

Host Registration:

1. The host registration fee is $250.
2. The last day for host registration is June 30, 2026.
3. The deadline for host registration with a $100 penalty is July 15, 2026.

Documents Required for New Member Application:

1. Complete the membership form with the fee.
2. Copy of State Registration or Certificate showing “Active.”
3. Copy of the Organization’s Constitution/Bylaws.
4. Articles of Incorporation.

Documents Required for Existing Member Renewal:

1. Complete the Membership Form with the appropriate fee.
2. Proof of State registration status showing “Active.”

Documents and Fees Required for Voting Rights for Qualified Voters:

1. Proof of an active bank account is required unless paying with an organization check. When using PayPal, please provide a copy of a voided organization check or a current bank statement.
2. A $250.00 Voting Registration Fee.

Key Notes:

• All member organizations must pay the $250 host registration fee to be eligible to vote (provided they meet all other criteria) and to participate in the convention.
• All membership and host registration fees must be paid to the FOBANA Treasurer in accordance with our operating procedure, without exception.
• The Membership Review Committee reserves the right to determine membership and voter eligibility.
